Well-balanced and harmonious, it has a deep green colour to the eye. On the nose it releases a medium fruitiness that envelops the sense in a harmonious complex of scents reminiscent of freshly mown grass and aromatic notes in which thistle and artichoke emerge. On the palate there are balsamic flavours of wild herbs such as wild mint, the thistle is again noticeable and also the typical peculiarity of the Itrana: the green tomato.
